Facebook Groups VS. Forums
Re: Facebook Groups VS. Forums
What's going on with Dogpatch USA these days? All our peeps in the know are inactive.
More online investigation than onsite exploration these days.

That's awesome. What kind of air power does one require? I'm in there market for a jackhammer and I imagine they're similar.Headframe Hunters wrote:You bet I have. Back on the topic at hand; I can't stand Facebook groups. Too many confused and pissed off boomers polluting every discussion.
Re: Facebook Groups VS. Forums
I'm pretty sure anyone over 25 is called a "boomer" on the internet these days. The meme has gone into overuse.
I think it's funny cause peeps use it, acting like they're original gangsters, not realizing every they're just rebelling against adults the same as every generation before them has.
"Okay kid, tell me how original you are by calling me a Boomer for my "old timey" notions. HAH!"
Comedy gold. And most don't even have a sense of themselves to realize they're the butt of the joke.

Re: Facebook Groups VS. Forums
Ok, boomer.
...
Sorry, had to. What I mean is actual boomers or close to it; people who are 60 years old and haven't used their brain in 40 years. A recent example was someone acting like no one steals bricks. Ok, if you're that disconnected with actual crumbling old buildings, especially in St Louis, just STFU and learn something rather than arguing about whether people steal bricks.

Wha? Of course no one steals brick! Who in their right mind steals 100+ year old bricks to sell to builders at a premium?
Sounds like some cockamamie Zoomer bullshit to me!
Next you're going to tell me they steal all the wiring too!

Just saw some boomer say, "I lived in St Louis from 1972 - 2003 and never heard of Hyde Park!"
