So I liveI in Dallas now

Post by slow_walker »

Hey guys, just dropping in here to let you know I moved to Dallas, TX in August as a job relocation. I'm moving on up. End goal is Seattle, WA. Expecting to be there by June of next year.

Lots of cool shit down here, even more dangerous to go out alone as a woman. I've not much done exploring yet, just been settling in and learning my way around. Big city life is awesome, loving every minute of it.

My activity here has only dropped the past couple of years due to work being so important and also exhausting. Don't take it personal. I'm still a lurker here and love seeing all the photos and reading all the stories, just no time to add anything exciting.

But hope to start getting out a bit and sharing some pics. Probably going to be more cool / pretty than abandoned.

Nice to hear from you. Dallas does look to be full of abandonments. I've poke a round a little. My sister lives there. The city itself is hideous, but it has some neat features.

Lots of good draining to be had down that way. Not the sewer-rific type like we have here.
More online investigation than onsite exploration these days.
