Slightly out of the Ozarks . . . Ireland

Post by kenyawoodstock »

Underdog showed me this site today, and I think I'm addicted to it now.

Last summer I was able to go to Ireland, and in addition to taking a few tours of castles, I was able to explore a place called Bective Abbey that was in the middle of some farmland. You have to climb over a wall to get to the ruins, but it is well worth it. Here are the pictures that were taken with a digital camera.

... Have you been around too many asbestos lately Willard? ;)

So I'm guessing Wal-mart is only in North America. Probably wont' be too long before they invade Europe and other continents like McDonalds did.

Actually there are Wal Marts in China, and Europe, and many other places around the world. The walmart.com website might have more information.

This comes directly off their website:

Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. is the world’s largest retailer, with $285.2 billion in sales in the fiscal year ending Jan. 31, 2005. The company employs 1.6 million associates worldwide through more than 3,600 facilities in the United States and more than 1,570 units in Mexico, Puerto Rico, Canada, Argentina, Brazil, China, Korea, Germany and the United Kingdom. More than 138 million customers per week visit Wal-Mart stores worldwide.

Those ruins are freaking awesome. I'd love to see some stuff like that.

And, also, I have slept in the parking lot of a Wal-mart located in the middle of the Yukon. :P

Wait. Can't say that on a forum these days.

Bleah... I'm sure the FBI already has a file on me. I say "bomb" a lot online.

Ishtar bombed.

Bush likes bombs (Bush AND bombs in the same sentence!).

Bombay!

Bomb de bomb da bomb bomb bomb bang deedle...

Yeah. If they didn't have a file on me before, now they do.
