Cushman
RE: Cushman
I hope you find out more about him!
Based on what I've heard he didn't mix much with the Cushman Locals while he was in Arkansas. His story is great though and I'd love to know more about him.

RE: Cushman
I did a quick post with what I've dug up so far for those interested. This isn't everything; this post was mostly to let family know what happened to Uncle Charlie.
Down the Rabbit Hole
(Did I do that right?) (Nope, trying again. Should have known I needed to close the code tag.) (Dang it! Still not right...)(aHA RTFM ya moron... )
I'm still digging and have several people digging as well. I'll update as long as there is interest.

For those interested in all things Marcoux, I've started accumulating everything at:
Charles A. Marcoux
If anyone has anything more to add, let me know.

RE: Cushman
Yesterday, I received a note from Lorene Marcoux, Marcoux's second wife. She is alive and well, and will be sending me a care package of his writings and drawings, as well as a letter about her life with him.
This is so surreal for me. I never had any idea of any of this. Talk about following the white rabbit....

Hey that's cool. Weird/interesting story. Glad you were able to reach her.RicFrost wrote:Yesterday, I received a note from Lorene Marcoux, Marcoux's second wife. She is alive and well, and will be sending me a care package of his writings and drawings, as well as a letter about her life with him.

RE: Cushman
Another letter from Marcoux's widow. She also sent me a couple books, his Hollow Hassle articles and other odd bits of information. I'm working on getting it digital format.
Re: Cushman
I think you should just ask her which publisher and send her a gift or something.
Btw I'm a douche. That is all...

Re: RE: Cushman
The glass cave is not real. It's part of a science fiction story in a magazine from like the 1940s or 1950s.kylekoontz86 wrote:does anyone know how to get to the glass cave inside blowing cave? I am searching for the path George Wight took
