Legal Issues/Stories Around Ur-Exing

Post by jdoublep »

What are some, if any, legal reprecussions any of you have faced as a result of your explorations? I'm interested, in particular, because you've posted photos of some sites (i.e. evidence) that are off-limits to the public. Have any authorities contacted you about being at those sites? Or have you been caught and/or prosecuted for visiting a site marked "No Trespassing"?

Well... I can't elaborate too much on what happened for obvious reasons, but the answers to your last two questions, for me, are yes and yes. But any time I actually suffered legal consequences or the threat of legal consequences, it was for putting up pictures of a place that was still actively used or something that was super-sensitive.
