halloween places

I am trying to find some intrestering places for halloween weekend around northwest arkansas, someplace good and spooky for a night in the woods, anyone have any really good places?

I know it's probably not where you're looking at, but you can try the Boggy Creek area. I've heard stories about that place for years (not to mention one movie that was allegedly real and then a real crappy sequel) and have wanted to check it out.

Then again, some of the people I've met down that way seem to have stumps for family trees...

Are you talking about the Fouke monster. The Legend of Boggy Creek, or what ever it was called. I liked that movie. It was good, in a strange, low budget, kind of way. What was the name of the crappy sequel?

Return to Boggy Creek. My favorite part was the guy going through the screen door. The sequel just sucked but the first one was "allegedly" based on fact. I can just see a bunch of drunk rednecks with rifles out there shooting at anything that moves.

Good times.
