Having calmed down a lot, after sending the hot wheel through a chipper shredder, I can type without wincing in pain.

Well I filleted some of the flesh off. they were able to stitch it back on but aren't sure if the skin will take or not. If it doesn’t they will have to cut all the flesh off between the joints of my right thumb. (I am right handed btw) To make that seem like a paper cut, he said that the skin on the front of the hand is unlike the skin anywhere else on you body therefore they can’t graft more on; I would go like 2-3 months with an open wound.

To make this a lasting thing, I am a janitor for a large company in Springfield. Ever tried to mop a floor one handed. Or clean anything with your offhand and not got bandages wet. Even worse, steer a cleaning cart one handed.


Oh yeah, and they didn't give me any meds either.

so far the skin is ok. and the doc said that (as ussual) I am healing faster then he expected.
