New here

Post by TheTraceur »

Hello all, I just discovered this forum today and it definitely brought me some joy. A small group of friends and I have recently taken interest in urban exploration. So far we've had a blast, however we're trying to find more locations. We've been to very few, due to the fact that none of us are from springfield and lack the knowledge of said locations. I was hoping someone could point me towards a few spots. Also, We're taking a trip to aurora Co and may be checking out one of the missle silos. (anyone have any info?)

What types of things are you looking for in particular, caves, abandoned structures? If you know about a missile silo near Aurora, I'm highly interested. I thought most of the missile silos were much further north. In fact, most of what I know about is further north up by Ash Grove, Phenix, Plano, Skylight Cave, old indian bluff dweller site, abandoned quarries and Phenix access is a nice little fishing spot.

Hi there. The forum isn't as active as it used to be, but there are still explorers and history geeks that check in fairly frequently. New blood is always welcome, it's great for sacrificing to the demons in Hell's Church... Err, I mean, great for keeping the UE community active.

Speaking of Hell's Church, that reminds me of the "Springfield Cholera Outbreak" post you did a while back.

Gimpface, remember the original unedited post was about Go61 describing the location of a homeless girl near there? I've heard from friends about the outcome of that whole fiasco. That girl immediately had problems with people going down there to look for her, and it scared her out of the tunnel and brought her to people that work with the homeless in ways other than describing where they live. She's out of the underground, but it sounds like she's facing a whole other set of problems I won't go into.

On the flip side, I've been seeing posts about the lady that caused that whole mess. Turns out that when she isn't ruining young homeless girl's lives by describing their exact location and labeling them sex slaves, this Casey Alvarez chick that runs Go61 is pretending to be a "Gorean" sex slave. And people think we're weird?
