Status of Found Springfield Brewery Cellar

This is year old news, but I was just wondering if anyone happened to know what the city ended up doing to what they found? I know these cellars tend to be fairly small, normally about 500 sq. ft.. I don't see any mention of how many cellars there were here, nor do I see any meeting notes about what they'll do with the cellars. All I see is that they claim they're going to preserve these somehow. Is this just another case of City Council Amnesia?

All I know is that the city discovered it as they were excavating for their Route 66 Roadside Park. I believe the cellar was partly cleaned up, then sealed off, because as I understand the park is completed and open to the public now.

I'll make a trip over there tomorrow and update this thread with what I find.
