There was this weird little area off of Golden between Horton Smith golf course and the South Creek Greenway trail. Couple of abandoned houses. Pretty sweet little property that hadn't been touched since the 70's based on the paperwork in the houses. Gone now. Levelled, ground being worked, substantial foundation that looks like more than a house foundation set up there.

It's the future home of Sherwood Elementary. Betting the city got the land on backtaxes.
