| So my buddy firediver and I were discussing places to go when he told me about a show on discovery channels FBI files about a cult near where we live. The show aired on Sept. 6th. The CSA (covenant sword and arm of the lord) was a terroist group in the early 80's. They made money to fund their group by making home made bombs, silencers, and converting semiauto guns to automatic. These guys are nuts, anyway my friend said they have a huge compound including undergroud school busses serving as bomb shelters, machine shops, warehouse, and bunkhouses. We want to take an excrusion and check it out. We think we could get to the town with some help finding out info. It is in Baxter county, AR. Near MO/AR border. If we get more info we can get a group together and go. |

This would certainly be cool, however I can't help but to think the place is probably owned and occupied by someone. Survivalist real estate can fetch some pretty high prices. Also wonder if it was seized by the feds, but I'm not sure if they do that with non-drug federal cases. This would rock to check out.

I don't know about that... I've met supposedly christian neo-nazis who had no problems at all with selling drugs to mexicans or blacks. Although it does sound like these particular assholes funded most of their stuff through illegal arms sales.

| This sounds kinda of like the compound on the OK/ARK border that was associated with Tim McVeigh. I believe they are members of the extremist Christian Identity. If you've ever taken philos/ethics 115 or African American Studies at SMS/MSU.... Professor Johnny Washington is quite knowledgeable on this group and ones like it. |
