I missed these pics on the original posting... I may have been in that cave ten years ago or so. That's a gated entrance about the size of a microwave oven inside a cave to the rest of the cave right?

If so, then I've been though there. I don't remember where that cave is but we had permission to explore the whole thing, so we had the key for the lock.

sorry I havnt been on in awhile, work has us on the other side of the caves at the moment , yes nicotti , the one with the micro looking gate was near the main entrance to Holiday Island , has 2 caves on the property , one that looks like it was being set up like a show / mining cave , the other down the hill has this gated door in one of the holes , looks like they were digging in the first cave to see if there was another way into the 2nd cave, , not sure what my schedual will look like on the 25th, but if its early enough I can take you right to it, if its in the afternoon I can get you pretty damn close on the phone, or give me a few and ill try again to send directions, but warning, I almost sent liesareality to mexico lmao,

If you are talking to me about going the 25th. I'll pass, since I live in Stl and have a full time job.

Apparently it's been 11 years since I've been to Whippoorwill, times flown by.

I've been all over the WMA, but only been in Pine Creek, Picnic and a couple other holes that don't go very far. I would really appreciate it if someone could message me with the directions to whiporwill's dry entrance

I really want to go to Whippoorwill cave. I am from California. I have been NWA for two years and never known a place like that. Can you please share the Sassafras entrance coordinate with me? Thank you very much. I really appreciate it :D :D

It's in the Madison County WMA. I don't remember where though. Some internet searching might give you the cords. This talks about that cave and others nearby, but it's a grotto pub so it doesn't tell exact locations.

Could someone PM the dry entrance cords? I've read everything possible to try to figure it out and the closest I've got is that it is around Forum
