I have read the site for quite awhile. I am curious where to get satelite images of land in webster/wright counties?I would like to figure out proprety lines for my grandparents property.

Here's the assessor's GIS for Webster county. Having done cadastral mapping before myself (which is what assessor's gis is) I can tell you the lines on the map may not be right on the spots, but they should be really close.

Can't find GIS for Wright Co.

Satellite imagery will generally do nothing as far as parcel boundaries unless you have a GIS overlay, which Nicotti says there isn't one. So probably your best bet would be to go to the Assessor's office in person and shell out a couple dollars for a parcel map.
