| Hello, I am new here and today I visited the Jordan Creek tunnel. So when you go into the part with Hell's Church, you scale the wall. Turn to your left and see the opening. Go into the opening and to your right is a large room. Now in this room, on the right side wall a way back there is another, smaller opening fairly high up. I peeked in there and saw what appeared to be another brick wall with a window. I was tired and decided I did not want to go in there today. It was also the only thing that scared me lol. I found a youtube video of people going into the "Church" and some pictures online but nothing that seemed to address this other room. Any insight on this?[/img] |

That hole was created by a sledgehammer, it leads to the same place that the larger "door" hole leads to, which is a basement area for Springfield Paper Co.
In other words, it isn't a separate area, but rather a different way in to the same area. Sorry to burst your bubble.

| So just curious when me and flaviz went up there. We saw a man hole cober above us which was inside of a building we were afriad to open it and find some workers in there but what is that building? |

You talking about the big square metal thing in the ceiling of Hells church? Don't think that's a manhole in the ceiling... Maybe an old entrance or something with machinery? Idk. Why does it stink up there and you dropped your bowl.

| I've actually wondered about that window too if it's the one I think you are talking about. It's in the right hand wall of that low, open area to the right of Hell's Church. I've never bothered crawling back there to get a closer look but I really doubt it's worth it at all. And from what I hear that big steel hatch in the roof of Hell's Church used to be accessible, but there is no way you are going to get it open from below now. |

Meh, not bad. Boring, but not bad.
I'm in the dust storm and tumbleweed part of California, not the nice part. Running around LA and Vegas was fun, but the 30 hour drive to get back won't be. |

We drove back from California in a truck with no AC. The desert is hot.
On top of that, I had just picked up a full-body Poison Ivy rash. My right arm was swollen to about twice its normal size. An eye was swollen shut. I had it all over my naughty bits.
We eventually stopped at an emergency room when my arm started going numb because of how swollen it was. I was completely miserable.
So at least you don't have to deal with that! |

You need to do some Urban Exploration in Mendocino County. And then bring some "adventure" back with you. Y'know, dispensary "adventure".
Too bad it isn't later in the year, or you could do some rural exploration. I hear you can find "adventure" all over the damn place out there.
