| Ok i used to live in lees summit and i moved about 2 years ago. But anyway, my dad says when he grew up in lees summit, he and his friends would sometimes go to this old abandoned water treatment plant. I've never been to it but im assuming its pretty old because my dad moved away from that place about 35 years ago. I'm not sure if you can see it on google maps, but i will call my dad, ask him exactly where it is, and look for it. I would really like to know if anybody else has seen or been in it. Thanks! |

Well, all google maps has to offer is a lot of trees. I think its near 3rd street back in the woods there. Anyone wanna look? im to lazy and my dad says it was built in the 1940s. To be honest with you i dont even know if it exists anymore. _________________ You odnt say? |

I'm all for checking it out. Not familiar with that area, so if you can give me an aprox area with google maps on the coordinates or even just send me a message, that would work also.

Ok, my computer is jacking up and i cant open google maps. If you have google earth then you should be able to go back in time to previous pictures from different years. maybe you can find one in the winter when there is no leaves on the trees. It is located on 3rd street in the massive forest of trees around that street. Sorry to make you do it but my computer is about 8 years old and it is crap. _________________ You odnt say? |

The time travel option in google earth shows that it was gone by at least 1990. _________________ You odnt say? |
