poor poor bastard what a horrible way to go, very sad. I don't know the circumstances involved, but a few gallons of oil and a come-along wrapped around his feet may have been better than using a fucking demolition hammer ...I can just imagine all those chips and gravel rolling down and impeding his extraction. sorry for his family
