I just want to thank you everyone on this forum for the support as well as the respect shown by not encouraging trespassing on my property at this time.

We are currently in the appeals process with the court case.

To clarify one thing about this case, we were the outsiders. The family that filed suit against us owns a substantial amount of acreage bordering the property and have lived there for at least 3 generations.

Thanks for the update Gatsby! Good luck with the appeal. Let us know what happens.

My appologies, I had understood the family to have been from Tulsa. Probably not wise for me to spout off about something that I don't have all of the facts about.

Glad to see you back on here Gatsby! I was in the area a few months ago for a camping trip. As I grew up on hwy 7 and lived my summers at Dogpatch I couldn't resist stopping. Don't worry, I didn't enter the park, but I did stand at the top of the tram and just let the memories flood back.

Good luck with the appeal. Cases like that make me sick, and that kid shouldn't have had a chance.

Never found the train :(

Willard, you were right, they were from Tulsa. However, they moved back before trial.

I have been trying to figure that out ever since it happened. I know of ways that are more than obvious, but only if you have access to certain equipment. You would think four guys pushing it onto a trailer wouldn't exactly cut it for something like that. :)
