I'd only seen a low-quality gif of that before, watching that glorious punch with more pixels is 10/10 A+

Hwy 60, which passes along the southern edge of Springfield, goes from the Pacific ocean (Los Angeles) to the Atlantic (Virginia Beach).
More online investigation than onsite exploration these days.

Several highways do roughly that.

Several interstates do that, but not too many highways since the implementation of the interstate system. I did brief research on it, but Hwy 60 and Hwy 50 were the only two I could confirm. I like the two lanes that wind through the old towns. I've only taken 60 as far east as Louisville, KY. Interesting scenery, much better than you get from an interstate. Bucket list would be to make a loop, 60 to L.A., Pacific Highway up to 50, 50 back across to Maryland, drop down to 60 and come back across. There are sections where the highways run with different interstates, though. 60 currently ends in Arizona, although some signs for Route 60 remain even though California decommissioned US 60 when I10 was created.

Yeah, I noticed that when I was tracing it. 60 combines with the interstate going over the Appalachians also. Google Maps is pretty good with labeling it though.

I don't know where to post my question, but with Panic!'s recent world travels, I wonder:

How often does he have emergency explosive diarrhea?

I have a friend who is a former short time poster on here who is currently living in Antarctica. Only a few abandonments down that way, but they are pretty cool.

What kind of science are they doing there, Brouser?

No science. He had an opportunity to work down there in the galley. Since graduating, he's been taking opportunities. He worked in South Korea teaching English, worked in New Zealand as a nanny, worked at the UN for a while, interned at a magazine in Argentina, traveled through Europe working on a travel guide. When he finishes in Antarctica, he's got a Fulbright to teach in Kenya. He's hit all seven continents and he's 25.

My uber driver said he's never flown anywhere.

I started counting and in the last 5 months, I've been on 15 flights.
