Messiah Mills access?

Has anybody been inside the messiah mills recently? I've always wanted to go in there, but I've never gotten up the nerve. Is it still accessible? If so, what's the best way in?

It's not really any more. Unless you're Spider-man. Some bonehead ripped a big chunk of the building off with a truck, and they kinda took offense to that and sealed it up pretty good.
