Solo cup factory (Sweetheart cups) in Springfield closing

So, the Solo cup factory, which used to be the Sweetheart cup factory for a million years, is closing:

It sucks that all those people are losing their jobs, but you know what's cool about this? I always heard there were tunnels of some kind under that place. Maybe now, I'll be able to check it out.

The really sad part is that it not only affects ths cup plant--but look at all the other supliers that will be affected--everything from coatings to paper to ink to shipping ,you could probaly easily add another 100 people to that list

Yeah, I saw this in the paper. It's too bad, really. I remember when Zenith closed. I really should go check the place out sometime before it closes, because I've always wanted to see what the inside of that giant cup is like. I'm sure it's just a lobby or something, but I've always imagined it being hollow

I guess I could just try to sneak in later, though. Speaking of which, I don't know anything about tunnels, but has anyone really had a good look around the grounds before? It's a lot bigger than it looks from the road, and there's a whole giant compound out back. Good stuff.

I think the straw is new. I don't remember it when it was Sweetheart either. As an aside, the factory was originally the Lilly Tulip Cup Factory and the owner was Jewish. The main reason he located the plant here in Springfield was because at the time we had a Jewish mayor.
