Nope the last time I went there was two years ago. I forgot to bring a hammer so I couldn't get in.

I've driven past there a fair bit recently and as noted earlier, a huge pile of dirt was dumped in front of the gate area some time ago, blocking the view of the home from the street. The only way to get in without being seen would be to go around back, but even then you'd have to park in a housing complex.

I was here last week, huge house, but we could not get inside... the quarry is awesome though and walking around the property was pretty fun... :) anyone here ever actually been inside?-- It was sealed up tight when we went, would have to bring a screw driver to get it.. but it appeared to be very vast and empty inside ..

There were contractors working there last Saturday, clearing brush and it looked like a crew was inside. The gate was open so I drove in and got a few weird looks. It appears it's being fixed up?

The quarry IS awesome...

Yeah there were some bobcats in the back and stuff everywhere like they are fixing it up. They also made a dirt road to the top of the quarry, which was nice. Here are a bunch of shots I got while I was there today... Sorry about the editing. I've been getting bored with my pics lately so I'm trying to mix it up a little.

I was too short to get over the gate, so I had to go under it. Whatever works :)

I forgot to get a pic of the other lion. I was too busy trying to get inside the gate..

Not sure what this was. Maybe a pool house?

Awesome work! I didn't realize the place was that cool.

I guess that mansion is secured pretty well?

Yup it was very boarded up. I might have tried to pry one off if it weren't for the fact that someone is trying to fix it up. Lucky bastards.

Also I didn't know it was that cool either. The first time I went, it was dark, so it was a whole new experience yesterday.

From what I could see the inside was pretty fucked. Could be because of the remodel though.

When I lived in west Co. I'd drive by that place everyday on my way to work at C.A.B.

I always wondered what it looked like....now I know!

Thanks mandi.....awesome shots.
