do NOT ask me to sniff your finger after that remark.

The old building in Seligman, Two story rock, is an old hotel. Ten years or so back, Two older people where out in front of it. I stopped and ask about the building. They where having a yard sale and told me to go in and look around but not to go upstairs. Of course I had too. It's in really bad shape, back then. The upstairs away from downtown is really bad.

Don't discount gas stations as a worthwhile
exploration. I found a gas station in 1992
that had been closed for years near St Marys MO.
I didnt see much that was interesting until I realized
there was a void over the office about 6 feet high
(the roof was about 25 feet high due to the lifts).

I wanted to get up there and see if any old
signs/documents/etc were stored up there.
I climbed an old parts cabinent and found a door
and climbed up to find a perfectly preserved
bedroom right out of the 1970's. I spent hours
up there looking at eight tracks, old newspapers,
and album covers. The room survived the
flood of 93, but after I left Missouri after school,
it was torn down.

Yeah, my neighbors are the owners. We live right over the railroad tracks from the hotel. I know them well enough to know that there's way too much nasty ass junk in that building for me to ever want to go in there.
