I'm actually pretty excited about this post because I have been working on a series for my YouTube channel all about the abandoned buildings that have been left in Pine Bluff. It was truly shocking to see thousands of houses, industrial buildings, hotels, theaters that are just sitting empty. I've talked with a lot of locals and planning to come out with a series very soon! Lots of cool explorations to follow. Pine Bluff, in essence, is the East St. Louis of Arkansas. Use to be a vibrant industrial city that suffered the effects of both the Great Migration and the phenomenon known as "white flight". If you dont already know, Pine Bluff, AR is a very dangerous crime ridden city, and that is why you see so much abandonment. I would never go exploring in that city alone and unarmed.
We are all just sloguns waiting to have our triggers pulled.
