Possible Troll/Spam Acct: Ethan (O) Connor?
Something about them is triggering my mental spam alert. Maybe they're just foreign/wacky, I don't know. They've never put any sales links in their messages, but they are also responding to several year old posts and acting weird.
More online investigation than onsite exploration these days.

What's the typical procedure for that? Pop him with a warning shot in the DMs?

Is this the same spammer IP that occasionally comes here with his Hindu copy/paste or no? I could see that guy making a "legit" account only to spread troll strive from within later on.
