RE: SEFOR in Strickler
A few months ago I decided to drive back by the site and to my surprise the gates were actually open. Without any no trespassing signs or anybody watching the gate, I just drove in. I was able to drive around the facility once before getting stopped by a parade of hardhats. Though unprompted, they felt inclined to tell me that they hadn't found any radiation. Sounded peculiar to me. But a truly massive site in person, and gives off a surreal vibe with a huge vault door on the side.
