RE: U.S.S. Inaugural
I'm starting to wonder if the one I took pics of is the Montana. I always thought that was it, but the video they are showing looks completely different.

Here's an interesting site where some researchers excavated it. If what you saw doesn't look like their pics, it's probably not it. From your pictures there didn't seem to be any one major structure I could define, just a bunch of posts and beams and stuff. Maybe you found one of the other wrecks. Still super cool.

Judging by this pic:

The Montana is a little bit farther from 370 from where I was. So it looks like I either have to navigate a really rough-looking bank, or walk from the Rock Rd. side. There is a dredging place right there though so I don't know if that's possible.

I'm down there all the time anyway. Hubs is working nights all week so I'm free pretty much every day now that the kiddo is back in school. So I'm down

It has to be somewhere between where the old Rock Rd. bridge was and 370. I've walked along the entire river from the rock rd. to 70.

Was out to the Inaugural on sat. I'll post some pics later. That boat always makes me want to bring a shovel with me, so I can clean out some silt and explore more.
More online investigation than onsite exploration these days.

RE: U.S.S. Inaugural
We went out there today after failing miserably while trying to get in cementland (too many cops around). We had a blast. Didn't get anything technical really because I went for a shoot, but I still thought you guys would enjoy these
Unfortunately, she was too short to get on the gun, and her crazy ass was barefoot.
Apparently that business is operational during the week, but they let us go out there. Probably because they wanted to watch us (or her anyway).

Thank you! She's not a skank though. She's just comfortable with herself. You gotta get a little racy if you're planning on being a burleque model. She's got her first show on Friday!!
That would have been hilarious though if I didn't feel the need to defend my friend

I figured you'd take my comment in stride. I guess there's a difference between a skank and a tease. A skank is like, here's my legs and what's in between, a tease is like here's my legs, now fuck off.
However, Tease on a Boat didn't have the same ring.
Burlesque on a Boat... Now that I can work with.
