Unidentified Abandoned Building
I was taking a friend home the other day and she showed me a shortcut to her house I was unfamiliar with. Took me all the way down East Division street to Hwy 125, then turned me south towards Hwy 60. Right after we turned onto 125, I spotted THIS BUILDING. Click on the marker & choose the street view.
Friend said she thought it was an old school. Anyone familiar with it at all?

RE: Unidentified Abandoned Building
Looks more like an old shop or small factory. Do small old schools usually have those bay doors?
Re: Unidentified Abandoned Building
id say a old factory or maybe just a small shop of some kind

Isn't there an old water tower just north of the building in a wooded area? I've been by this place, but it's pretty close to some houses.

Cool. I didn't think it looked like a school necessarily, but since I'm not from here and she is I had to give her the benefit of the doubt.

Could be some kind of shop... could also be an old milking shed. I've seen some of similar design.
Hey WR, where'd you get that aerial view? It's a lot nicer than the ones on Google.

Thanks Kit, I've been wanting to stop and snap a few pics but I haven't been back that direction at all.

That has to be a shop of some sort. I have a couple friends who actually live out pretty close to this. I think we'll check it out.
