Springfield and Jordan Creek tunnel flood pictures and video

Flooding was the whole reason for covering the creek. There are pictuers from the 1920's of the creek flooding.

I know...there is a good snapshot in Crossroads at the Spring. The one with all the wood and barrells stacked up. I think Springfield Magazine a few years back did a series on it (Possibly by my old science teacher Hayward Barnett) and some of the attempts to keep the creek open. I think some beautification group wanted to plant gardens along it.

Gothstone and I were thinking the same thing about our favorite drain. So we decided to check it out. The tunnels were about half full with water rushing out at almost 40mph. We decided maybe we could come back during a smaller rain.

I like the sleeping on the floor bit, but you should try to increase the population density of the cats until it's like sleeping on a warn, furry water bed... with claws!

Probably because of those energy drinks.
I sleep too much now, used to I didn't sleep hardly at all and now I'm cranky if I don't get my nap in the afternoons. It's weird, I'm weird.

I bet you in a couple weeks I wont' be sleeping because of stress and school, happens every year. Stupid school. Could I sue in a couple years for loss of sleep and unnecessary stress.
