Here's the Google Earth location... there's a fairly large circular blur that's white that I have pointed an arrow at... happens to be right near an accessible looking road. Is that where it was?

Na, that's not it. It's up farther I believe. I tried to find it myself but I can't make anything out. One of those 2 white dots might be it at the end of the road.

Split, were you able to find out the name of the current owner of the building or the dish when u called the realty or was that confidentual?

Ah, sorry then for the double post. Though, I do know a bit more about this whole issue. Turns out my father did work on this site while it was being built, and knew some of the people that worked there. In addition, manager of the site used to be a US Diplomat (retired), who lived in Hot Springs during 60/70's.
I always was curious about the place, but never went there given that it was supposed to have armed (machine gun carrying) guards to protect it when it was in operation.
