I was recently driving down through Kansas on my way down to Tulsa and I realized there are quite a few buildings that are abandoned in the smaller towns of Kansas. Most of the towns I was looking at have lots of historty that originates with the oil boom and now the populations have all dropped off and so has the building use. History on the locations would be pretty scarce and would be mainly from locals.
I was wondering if there is any interest in driving down and exploring these locations. Most would take perhaps 5-10 minutes to look at, but the locations are numerous... Just a thought, something to get us all of the city.
In addition to the buildings in the smaller towns there are a lot of houses that may or may not be safe to be in, but none the less they caught my eye.

I would, too, if I was going to be in the area at the right time.
