this place is definately worth the trip to see. it is an old mansion built in the 30's in the Ne side of okc. it was the okc museum of art in the 60's, Then is was a magazine publisher, now it is for sale it sits on a hill and is surrounded by forest. completely free of grafiti and open. it is huge!! over 7000 sq. ft. There was a tale of a mansion for sale in Tulsa (idon'tlikespam could probably tell you the place) in a great neighborhood for a small amount.
Of course it's haunted.

Alleged murders would be the correct term. From what I've been able to find, there might have been one person that died but the facts of there being a multiple murder at that scene are remote at best. But enough people have been frightened to death at the place. I do believe it finally burned down a year or so ago which is sad since it was such a nice looking building.

well is was sold back to the descendants of the original owners but they've been trying to sell it for 4 years. wanna buy it? over a million, no central heat and air! and after all it is in the east of the city, people arent jumping at the chance to move over there.
