Old Baroid facility remains. . .

Post by Chillindave »

Hey everyone. It's been a while since I've posted, been busy with life, wife, and a child a month away from being born. I haven't done a whole lot of exploring because I haven't had much time to do so. I went here a couple of weekends ago with a friend to show him the place. I thought I had posted it in the past, but turns out it never happened. Anywho, alot of people come here mainly to ride motorcycles and four-wheelers. It's worth checking out and I'd give it a 3 out of 5 rating, but wouldn't drive a great distance for it. It's located in Magnet Cove. I never had any luck finding any history on the place and what happened to it. On my last visit, I did find out it is part of Halliburton and there's a newer factory right next to this site that's still in operation. Here's a few pics. . .
