She presents it to us at a meeting today..."Alright! Candy!" After the meeting, when everyone went back to work, the stupid lady who bought us the candy wanted to kiss some ass and actually gives the huge box of candy to the boss, who actually accepted it, then left with it knowing it was a birthday gift for us .. perfect material for sketch comedy.

Having access to a TV recently and there's been a preview for a show on fxx that is nothing but a dog licking itself on a bed. The visual is not as bad as the sound.

Fuck the sound of a dog licking itself. Fuck whatever that show is.

Might be the same show, but there's another commercial/preview for a show that is nothing but two people chewing food at a table.

Also, annoying as fuck.

Lastly, there is a commercial/preview for a new show where a smoke detector is going off and people are yelling at each other.

Fucking annoying as fuck, also.

Remind me to continue not watching these shows. Fuck TV.

Coworker wearing an excessive amount of stinky perfume or hand lotion. Smells like someone shat out a vanilla bean in here. I can't breathe.

There's this fat lady at my work who must bathe in grandma perfume or something every morning, cause the elevator always wreaks with the scent of nursing home mixed with mothballs after she uses it. Makes me gag just thinking about it.

I have netflix and I've probably watched an hour of it over the last 3 months or so. No commercials. Also, shitty selection.

You're not into Stranger Things? Seemingly everyone thinks it's good.

Narcos would be a good thing to watch on Netflix. Season 2 just came out. Stranger Things was OK, but not great. I think they were trying to push all of the 80's nostalgia buttons.

SubLunar commented on the fact that my ipod is old but still in service.

Now it won't hold a charge and needs to be plugged in to play.

The good news is you can probably find a battery for it and replacement shouldn't be too hard.

My much newer ipod's battery died a long, long time ago and won't even charge enough to boot while it's plugged in. Even if I try the reset combination it will only get so far as showing a battery icon before going back into a death loop of clicking noises. Luckily since I worked at a pawn shop, I acquired two of them and my 2nd one is in better shape.

I don't remember the last time I used my ipod(s), however, because I haven't had a radio in my car for about a year now and that was about the only time I ever used one.

You could move all the music to your phone, unless there's too much. Then move it to your puter and broadcast it online and stream it with your phone (assuming you have data). Or you know, just plug it in to play.

Yeah, I use mine when I shower or in rental cars. No radio (or even speakers) in my car.
