That is pretty cool, crazy how hard it is to get just a few miles deep. I'm surprised it was still granite after 7 miles. The stuff was probably like play dough by that point. I wonder how many drill bits they went through...

Buckethead is one of those bands?/musicians? that I always heard was awesome but never bothered to look into. Listening to Soothsayer right now. It's ok. Dude can obviously play but it's basically just background music.

So like any new band interest I decided to look into his discography.

Buckethead has 264 studio albums.

In 2015 he released 118 albums.

I'm more perplexed than impressed. How can you put out anything decent if you're releasing a new album every 3 days? How is anyone supposed to keep up or listen to it all or stay interested in a new release?

Like full albums? Or EPs?
More online investigation than onsite exploration these days.

I was walking with my friend earlier today, and he said, "Hey, that's Mario Andretti!" I look over and no shit, it's Mario Andretti.

I'm brainwashed. Sometimes when I read posts nowadays on forums or message boards, I will start to try to "like" certain posts, and be like "hey wtf...oh"

A lot of forums are getting that these days, and will send you a notification if someone quotes your post.

Coming home today, I was driving towards this little redhead girl walking down the sidewalk, maybe 6 or 7 years old. She paid no attention to me, but as I drove past, she walked up to a telephone pole, hugged it, and began humping the shit out of it. When I was past her, I looked in my mirror to see her still going to town on the thing until she was out of my sight. What the hell was that all about?

A female friend of mine once confessed to be a chronic humper as a kid. She said she used to hump clothing racks in stores and the like. One time, someone at the store gave her a toy football to get her to stop.

That reminds me of when my old female cat was in heat, she'd lift her tail and back into everything including my leg. I was considering sticking a pencil or something in there, maybe get her to stop.

These are the friends you should keep around in case they have a sudden flare-up.
