Haha yup. I work with some 60 year old guy who has no business doing my job. He's too fucking old and out of shape. But, he always has his own way of doing things. They're always dangerous and make absolutely no sense... yet he always insists it's the better way. He's actually really nice and I feel bad yelling at him sometimes, buuut he's such a dumbass and I'd rather not get fired for his actions. There's a reason we do things the way we do them, we don't need some old ass innovator guy

I'm not kidding, I think we work faster when he isn't there. We don't have to spend time fixing/redoing things that he fucked up and did his own made up way
