The snakes are a standard medical symbol called caduceus.

RE: The photo-a-day thread
Yeah I guess it does resemble that but it's on a building that has always been a hotel, at least as far as I know. Had that been on a hospital that would have been my first thought. Weird...maybe I need to do more research on the building then!
RE: The photo-a-day thread
that hotel might have an unlatched window on the back side of it up on a ledge. It looked like it could be, but I didn't verify. It was broad daylight and there was lots of traffic about. We walked all around that area a couple weeks ago and didn't have any luck but the hotel seemed like it could be the most promising.

I think that building might be alarmed. I saw some signs saying so. I know half the time those are lies but in this case I bet they keep a very close eye on it. I walked the whole area too. Very disappointed. lol.SubLunar wrote:that hotel might have an unlatched window on the back side of it up on a ledge. It looked like it could be, but I didn't verify. The window I was eyeing up was on the second floor. Normally, in my experience, alarms are only on the ground floor.

With my bad luck with the police lately? No thanks. You can go first. Lol.
Besides I've never been in a building with a alarm on it. In fact the only window I have ever opened and climbed through was at Forest Park Hospital. So I would have no clue what to do. So yeah. After you my friend.
