Damn right he does! I've commented on like every one of those late-to-the-party reports on the Inaugural.

If you haven't paid your last respects to the ship, best do it real soon. I went there yesterday with the gf and it is being cut up. Large sections of hull have been removed and the bridge area is all but gone, placed in a large pile of metal nearby.

I did get some pics with the gf's camera but I ruined her usb port trying to get them off. Something about my foot getting tangled in the cord and a circuit board breaking... :(

So yes I have pics they just arent accessible at this time.

My pics aren't that spiffy color/quality wise cause I had to use my cell phone camera. But I'll post them soon.

The stuff they've torn off so far (mostly the bridge and some hull plating ) is laying in a pile next to it.

Not much happening at the rear of the ship currently, except they bent this up.

The front is also getting salvaged. You can see into the side. These rooms appear to be crew quarters. Some of the metal frames for the bunks were still attached and still had springs. I saw two wood dressers with drawers half opened partially buried in mud.

It should have risen 6ft a week ago! Fuck! It'll be worse seeing it half tore up until the water comes back down again in 10 years...

Maybe it'll wash some of the silt out and make it more explorable.
