As large and rusty as that York safe door was, we were still able to open and close it easily.

It seems amazing the amount of rust in some areas and yet the lobby area looks relatively "dry."
How long ago was this abandoned (from dates on the documents)?
Those snow shovels look relatively new (and not yet stolen), so is some sort of cleanup occurring?
