Hope everyone on here is okay after the tornadoes and severe weather. Shocked

We had a lot of wind out by our house, but no damage, very thankful. Very Happy

I have been through one tornado in Ks (parsons), and i will never forget it. Shocked

I feel sorry for these people who lost loved ones. Sad

It came pretty close to Rolla but the sirens never went off. 18 miles south of here I believe. We had hellas wind and lightening though, and I stood out on the front porch and watched the front come through, and amidst the torrential wind and rain and trashcans blowing down the street I could hear our neighbors across the street yelling through their window, "You Shall not pass!"

The Kimberling City Inn that got demolished is at the other end of the minimall from my step-father's bait shop. His store, and my family's homes were all okay.

wow, they are very lucky that no damage to thier house took place, and more importantly thier lives.

Well I had to work 18 hours on Wednesday keeping a generator going in Buffalo. I went back after a little sleep and kept it going until 3 when the power came back on. It was rough on the south area of Buffalo. I feel bad for the trailer park it hit... Those things are like magnets for bad shit!

I agree I think Tornadoes sniff out trailer parks and head straight for them.

Yeah... If I ever lived in a trailer I would insure that sucker for every dime they would let me. Plus buy a storm shelter... Also probably beat my wife and leave old appliances in the front yard.

You should also make a really classy pot for planting flowers out of an old toilet. Those always look so nice.

I believe one of those dishes needs to be from the 80's and 4' in diameter.

Haha I had one of those big ass satellites in the yard of the house I lived in as a kid. I always thought it was super cool and I would try to climb up there and talk to aliens with it. I think I was possibly a weird kid. It was a nice house though, on the corner of national and Loren in springfield. The thing was well hidden in the back yard.

Probably. EVERYONE got in a traffic accident in front of that house. The cops always sat in the corner of my yard watching for speeders too lol. It is the big one that is painted all beige or tan or something now but when I lived there it was red brick with a white iron gate across the front porch entry area.
