This place is boarded up and half the boards are ripped off.

Chuck used to watch chicks pee on the other side of the road (not the Knights Inn). I think Lindenwood now uses this building, but it's been a while since I've been over there:

There is a hand sanitizer place called Whisk, but it doesn't look like you can see it from 70 (40 probably), and it doesn't look abandoned. Maybe they moved and you're seeing the old one? I looked on google earth and didn't see the one you're talking about. I would love to check that out though!
