| Just wanted to add something to this old thread in case anybody wanted to go see this. The GE images are from 06,,,,,plan on a longer walk than expected as some homes have popped up on the dirt road to the north of Hells Half Acre. |

| lol that dude was all terrified. it may be associated with a geothermal system. there could be metal ore deposits in that area. e.g. gold, silver, etc. |

My friend showed me the video. and we were both thinking. UMM it is called HOT SPRINGS for a reason retards(talkn about the show) which would perfectly explain the heat down there. |

Would anyone like to meet up in a few weeks and check this out?
I camped at the park close to here and went looking for it with a guy I met at the camp site who was on a hitchiking vacation from some northern state. We didn't find it and walked several miles. I was a little tiked of not being able to find it and show my guest a of the path Arkansas atraction. Later I learned we were right next to it. So, I want to see this and am thinking later this month, cave and all, before such a cool place gets closed off. |

I have a little caving experience. Most I've been underground is six hours. What concerns me is lethal gas since that area is obviously active. Does anyone know the depth and length of the cave?
I am going as far as I can, but would like any insight if possible.
The more, the merrier. So far is it just two of us? |
