Would aircraft on the ground be more visible if they had fluorescent & reflective paint?elatively small painted areas would improve visibility significantly.Would there be a safety benefit from improving aircraft visibility?
Some commercial aircraft may already have these treatments; but not many?

I agree we should paint our B2's florescent orange (just grab a few cans of surveyor's paint) to be more visible.
