Actually he's going to sneek into each one of our houses in the middle of the night while we're sleeping and dig up porn on our comps... this is why he needs a high res... best quality!

Then he should hit the houses with dual monitors so he can look at two pics at once.

1280x1024

For the widescreen users:

Don't widescreen monitors stretch out the screen and make everything distorted and crappy looking or am i missing something?

Every place that sells lcd monitors only stocks the widescreen ones and all the widescreen monitors I've ever seen stretch everything out...

I had a hard time tracking down my dual 19" non-widescreen monitors...

I think it looks fine. I am admittedly using a laptop but it is still a wide screen.

Your graphics card has to support widescreen so that you have more resolutions to choose from. My widescreen laptop is set to 1400x900 resolution, so the picture is absolutely beautiful. If I had a low end graphics card that didn't offer 1400x900, then it would look like crap.

Oh duh that makes sense.

Curor:
your browser looks cool is that a firefox plugin?

also do you do any website coding?

I'm trying to ditch IE and use firefox, but firefox doesn't allow you to edit the page's source. I would really miss that functionality and as such I'm still using IE for any webdesign...know anything about it?

Yeah it is a theme that you have to download for firefox, it is called RedShift V2. I have to tell you it looks awesome no matter what it displays, even the download page looks awesome.

I dont do any coding of any sort, I have no idea why but I just can not grasp how to do it. Maybe I just had a lousy teacher (there were only two people in the class that did understand out of 25) but any way, I have no idea how to code.

I did some digging, and it looks like you can edit the page source with SourceEditor. I could be wrong, but I think that it will do what yo want it to do.

You might find this useful. It is a list of all the hotkeys for firefox.

What do you mean by editing the page source? Firefox lets you view the source, but the closest you can come to editing a page is to greasemonkey it to your liking. Unless you are talking about making your own page and need an HTML editor or something. I can look up a few of the nicer editors I've heard of, but I always used to use notepad so I have no idea how to work them.
