PSA: If you can't sign in, reset your password OR contact Admins via "Contact Us" link
We've received some complaints from long time users that they can no longer sign in since the forum update happened. Initially there were problems with the password reset feature but those were quickly ironed out. But we recently heard from a longtime user who was unable to sign in so I wanted to give a heads up to everyone that if you're having trouble signing in since the update, just do a password reset. If you have any issues just reach out to someone. Create a new account if you need to do so and we'll get your old account sorted.

If you can't sign in and are not receiving the password reset email, simply use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page. I've been doing a bit of housekeeping today and found several old messages from users who were having issues.
And if you're one of the many people who messaged because you couldn't figure out the registration security question "what does UO stand for?" then... sorry there's no help for you.
