pinkys memphis trip pt.1 :D

i got to go over to memphis this weekend and did alot of looking around.. i did manage to get into two warehouses and i kinda explored a old underpass as well as part of elmwood cemetery befor it started raining >.<. this was also a memphis friend of mines first UE..even tho she brought her PURSE in with her she did a good job and hand a great time here is the first if my sites..

this was oviously a warhouse/dock of some sorts.. tax records didn't help a whole hell of a lot >.> it was a complex of 2 building

it was a neat place... the area was a bit sketchy.. but we were in and out fairly quickly and it was hard to see in the in building from the road

Wow cool I drove through Memphis along 55 just yesterday! From the interstate I saw several intriguing industrial abandonments. If I didn't have the wifey and kid in tow, I would've been on it fo-sho.

problem with memphis sites is that they have a homeless problem and they do their best to keep people out. if i had more experianced people with me i'd be willing to go in more places. >.<

Great job now im not saying FOR sure but theoese strang looking Silo things are hoppers we have them at my work they are for shreading waste (in our case light cardboard) also form seeing the colors on the floor and and the trenches you were talking about Im going to say this was some kind of a printing plant the trenches could be for waste removal(not like you would usally think of waste) and or for the wires and lines to be placed into

I could be way wrong but Im just saying what it could be

thanks guys i was really excited about this place. tho parking my car in that area where i could see/hear the alarm but yet keeping it hidden wasn't easy >.> i mean i drive a yellow new beetle... i have a feeling i'm gonna have to start driveing my mothers jeep. i'll have more pics up of some of the sites i ran off to prolly tonight after work
