Vacant Skysraper
Vacant Skysraper
The developers just lost their mortgage to some shark aquisition group last month. I think it will be sitting fallow for some time. I'm really wanting to explore it. My dad actually worked on the 21st floor of this place in the 1970's.

Damn it only appraised at 100,000 dollars? If I only had good credit.
What's the point of making a point if the point you are trying to make is pointless? Do you get my point?

Coupla years back you coulda bought the MFA building that is now Jordan Valley Innovation Center for $1.00... that's what it sold for anyway... you might have had to go $1.10 to be high bidder

Depends... $20,000,000 is a good figure to start with not having any companies look at what needs to be repaired... let alone updates such as more wiring and internet and what not.Kit wrote:i cant even imagine how much it would take to bring that thing up to snuff

Re: Vacant Skysraper
The Plaza Tower's last office tenants moved out in 2002 after years of complaints about the physical condition of the building, including rampant window, roof and pipe leaks that resulted in mold growth, faulty elevators that trapped workers, and asbestos that could easily be jarred loose and allegedly fell onto work spaces.

Dude i work down the road from Times Beach, I live within a few miles of Russle Bliss,(our local Hero) and I totaly hate the DNR and MODOT and am not overly pleased with the EPA or the FTA so just stack it up and cover it with some old horse crap and all will be fine
