Sorry this took so long, it's from when I was home in April.... This is the entrance we made back in 2002... Still there and always covered unless we are getting in, or getting out... I have more but they are too big and I dont have time to resize them right now

So if my roommates and I decide to go up to Rush Halloween (or a day before perhaps), which mines should we go to? We'll have a finite amount of daylight because of school and work schedules and I'd really like for us to make the most of our time. Also, did anyone ever get GPS cooridnates for any of the entrances? Between this thread and the three blog entries White Rabbit made about all the Rush mines I'm kind of overloaded with information. Thanks for any help you guys might have.

PS: I just found this site a week ago and it's dominated every minute of my time since.

This was the hole that we dug to get into The Monte Cristo... It's the biggest mine that was blocked off last time I was there... We have had this hole for almost 5 years now

Would be VERY interested in accessing the Monte Cristo. I have wanted to get in there since I heard about it years ago. Some very nice mineral specimens came from that mine in the past. Any info you would like to share would be most appreciated.
