Abandoned Mansion in NWA?

I just finished my first year of exploring, and I’m happy with what abandoned spots I’ve found, but I’ve spent hours every day on maps trying to find an abandoned mansion. That has always been on my list. If anyone has a location or spots please tell me anything is appreciated. We can do spot trades around the area. Places such as Rogers, Bentonville, Springdale, Fayetteville, Bella vista, Tontitown, and all the small towns in between. I ofc don’t vandlize I just make instagram video documentations of the spots I found.

can't realy give out any locations but if yoy pay atention to creeks in town you'll find something wouldnt go righ now with the snow melt
