Wishing Wells

Post by WannabeExplorer »

Anyone know of any old wells? Like the old ones where you would have to lower a bucket down to get water? Preferably in the NWA area but all suggestions are welcome. Public or private property(would obviously get the applicable permissions first). Never seen one before, would love to drop a coin or two in. Also if its boarded up that's cool too. Could probably manage to slip a penny through the cracks.

Is a permit required before dropping coins in a well?

Just wander around the Ozark national forest and you will find one, eventually.
