Came across this property for sale that has four caves on the 41 acres of land located northwest of Calico Rock. Perhaps you've heard of Bergren Cave and Needles Cave? Here they are and can be yours.

Is it just me or does $349,000 seem ridiculously low a price for 41 acres, 4 caves, and a house with a pool?
